“you can bend if you put your mind to it”
During this 90 minute workshop, we will focus on using active flexibility, with a hint of mindfulness, to activate & strengthen numerous muscles to deepen our splits. Bring a yoga mat, some blocks, and your energy. Drink lots of water and get ready to have fun working on your front and middle splits.
Sunday, May 19th
1:30-3pm
This training has a heavy focus on spotting and lesson planning, working through each move individually to understand each movement being taught including muscles, movement, progressions, regressions, variations, common mistakes and spotting if needed.
